Welcome to Mary Savon de Fleur, a place where skin care and purity come together. My name is Sarah, and I would love to introduce you to my artisan soap shop, born out of a very personal story.
My journey began not in a laboratory or behind an entrepreneurial dream, but in my bathroom, frustrated by my own skin problems. I struggled for years with hormonal acne and felt powerless. No cream or ointment really helped. Until I made the switch to natural care. Under the guidance of my brother, a family physician specializing in functional medicine, I discovered the power of nutrition, herbs and pure ingredients.
During that search, I noticed how many regular personal care products are packed with synthetic substances: fragrances, dyes, preservatives and foaming agents such as SLS. Ingredients that can not only irritate the skin, but also disrupt its natural balance. For someone with sensitive or troubled skin, these ingredients can actually make the problem worse.
That was the moment for me when I thought: this should be different.
I started experimenting with oils, clays, botanical extracts and natural butters. No complicated formulas, no synthetic additives - just gentle, nurturing soaps that really do something for your skin. What began as a personal project slowly grew into Mary Savon de Fleur.
Today I still make my soaps by hand, in small quantities, with care and attention to each ingredient. For example, you can find soaps with red clay,spirulina, calendula,moringa and many more, each with their unique properties and intended for soft, healthy skin. No artificial fragrances, no parabens, no junk. Everything we use is found in nature - and on our ingredients page we'll explain it all to you honestly.
Our soaps are cold saponified, which means the nourishing properties of oils and butters are preserved. This makes them not only softer for your skin, but also better for the environment. Even our preservative is plant-based and mild.
