These terms and conditions apply to all products offered through the webshop of Mary Savon de Fleur, located at Gijsbrecht van Deurnelaan 61, 2100 Antwerp, Belgium, with enterprise number xxxxxxxxxx (VAT number pending).

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, every order, and every agreement concluded via the webshop www.marysavondefleur.com.

Deviations are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.

3. Products

Our products are handmade and may show slight variations in shape, color, and scent. These are normal and are part of the artisanal character of our soaps. All products are described as accurately as possible on the webshop.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through secure payment methods offered in our online store, including:

  • Bancontact

  • Credit card (via WooCommerce Payments)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

  • (Optional) Stripe

The order will only be processed after full payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled by an external courier service or Bpost. Shipments are made within 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to force majeure or delays by the courier service.

Shipping costs are always clearly stated during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

For hygiene products such as soap, the following applies: Exception to the Right of Withdrawal as soon as the seal is broken or the product has been used.

Not satisfied after all? Unused products can be returned within 14 days after receipt be returned. First, send an email to info@marysavondefleur.com to approve your return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

7. Warranty and complaints

We do our best to deliver quality products. If there is still something wrong with your order, please contact us within 5 days via info@marysavondefleur.com.

In the event of damage or discrepancies with the product (incorrect item, visible defect, etc.), we will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

8. Liability

Mary Savon de Fleur is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or incorrect storage. Always read the ingredients carefully, especially in case of allergies or sensitivities.

We cannot be held liable for delays, errors, or technical failures beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, logos, trademarks, and designs on our website are the property of Mary Savon de Fleur and may not be copied, shared, or used without permission.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, technical malfunctions, delays on the part of suppliers, etc.

11. Disputes and applicable law

These general terms and conditions are exclusively subject to Belgian law applicable. In the event of disputes, only the courts of the district of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
